New player. My first deposit. I made a deposit, and claimed a 200% bonus. Once I realized that the wagering requirements were so absurd and nearly impossible, and also I could access the $31.6 that i had deposited while trying to play live dealer games. So before I touched the initial balance I reached out and asked them to cancel the bonus. Two agents, the first being Shiela, and the second one being Zack assured me that they would cancel the bonus and Zack said it was actually already canceled. So I proceeded to play, and I realized that the balanced hadn't changed. So I figured I would go and rush through the credits to drop the balance to my initial deposit of $31.6 thinking the bonus balance would cancel itself then. It didn't...

Well after reaching out again and asking the third agent to cancel the bonus, never imagining that they would clear my balance. I immediately asked about my deposit money that was left in there and she said that it was part of the bonus balance, and it was not completely nulled.

I asked to speak to the manager, manager bullshitted me, this fucking Bruno guy said that the best they could do was give me 20 free spins on a fucking slot.

I was requesting a balance recharge in the amount of my initial deposit, which I was planning on playing anyway at the live dealer tables.

They denied all my requests, and didn't even grant me the 20 free spins anyway

Could you please advise how much did you deposit and how much bonus did you receive? How much was your casino balance when you canceled the bonus? Was it divided into real and bonus balance or was it all in bonus balance?

I deposited $31.5, bonus plus deposit= $126.... I made sure that $31.5 were left, thinking they were gonna grant me my deposit money. It was not divided they included everything as bonus balance. Which was the issue, because I couldn't use it to play live dealers
