Very concerning payout delay!


I initially tested the casino with a small payout of 40 Euro and it worked perfectly; within just a few hours the money was in my account.


However, with the second payout of 438 Euro, I'm only being stalled. There's no response to emails and worst of all, they just kicked me out of the chat and suddenly no chat is available (despite 24/7 advertising).


I believe this is intentionally done to encourage replays of the money. The casino has already been informed that I want to close my account immediately after the payout, as there are far more reliable casinos out there.
