I am writing to report an issue that I recently experienced with Vulkan Bet Casino. I made a withdrawal request, but I received only 410 USDT instead of the full amount that I was expecting. (400 €)

I have thoroughly checked my records and can provide evidence that I am owed more than the amount that was paid out. I have attempted to resolve the issue by contacting support, but I have not received a satisfactory response. I never experienced something like that before because there are no fee that make me lose 28 € of 400 €. You can see that they only sent me 410.21 usdt. I have one more withdrawal left and I hope they let me withdraw that per Bank to not lose more.

I would also appreciate it if you could ensure that the remaining balance owed to me is credited to my account as soon as possible.

Please let me ask you a few questions so I can better understand the situation.

Did you confirm with the casino where the transaction fee originated from?

Did you ask the casino to refund you the transaction fees you incurred?

Do I understand correctly the other cashout request was not yet processed? Did you ask the casino if it's possible to process your withdrawal using an alternative payment method?

Please note we are usually powerless in negotiating issues with deposit and withdrawal fee cases.

The support just told me on there side there is no provision, still they sent out just 410 that is 378 € and not 400€. To be honest the support was no help. First one said he sends my issue and screenshots to the relevant department. Never heard about it again. Next one even though I sent proof told me again and again that on my transaction list on there website it says 400€ withdrawn successfully and they have no provision the problem must be on my wallet, and that is not true you don't just lose around 8% for a usdt trx transaction, you can see they just send much less. Right now I'm waiting for my last withdrawal and I try to withdraw it via bank, hope it's gonna work.
