The player from Germany has deposited money into his account but the funds seem to be lost. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
Hello, I have 60 € on April 3rd. deposited at my bank, they are gone and in the casino they are also as received but it was not displayed after the deposit only 2 days later during the € 60 made available just € 20 I contacted the support and they told me it was received but it was said that I should contact my bank that my money would still float and only then I need your help

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.
Could you please advise which payment method you have opted for and if you contacted your payment provider/bank already? If there’s any relevant communication, please forward it along with a payment receipt to petronela.k@casino.guru.
