My account is fully verified. When I requested a withdrawal the rejected it and sent me an email stating they wanted a selfie video. I sent a Google drive link as my video was over the 25mb allowed by Gmail. They rejected my withdrawal again and said they do not accept shared link videos. I reduced the definition on my video and sent it again via attachment as requested. They have rejected my withdrawal again. I have not used any bonuses or free spins. I have emailed asking why my withdrawal is being rejected but they don't reply
