I opened an account but after reading reviews, I immediately asked to cancel. I was told I had to send $50 in bitcoin. That's absurd. I advised them I would do no such thing and want I closed and not use my information. They adamantly said no and if I didn't send money, otherwise they may use it. That's how I took statement. I uploaded screenshots of conversation on original post.

  • Have you made any deposits to the casino?
  • What information did you provide to the casino?

We strongly recommend not to pay any fees for account closure that may be requested, as this is not something that any legitimate casino would ask for.

I have checked the casino terms and this is what I found:

'If an Account Holder does not log in to his Account for a period of 180 days, his Account will be considered an ‘Inactive Account’, We will remove 5 EUR from the Account as an administration fee each month whilst the Account remains Inactive. The monthly administrative fee is subject to change. If the Account has less than 5 EUR the entire amount will be removed and the balance will be zero. Once the balance reaches zero no more Inactivity Fees will apply. Bonuses and Commission must be converted within 180 days of them being granted, otherwise they will be removed. Players may recover funds from their inactive accounts by logging in and making a withdrawal request. In case of blocked and excluded accounts, players will need to contact Customer Support to recover funds.'

I'd advise you not to log in to your casino account for 180 days to ensure it becomes inactive.

I used the normal sign up information. Yes, that is the site and no, I refused to make a deposit because I felt it was a scam. They have name, address, DOB, email address, etc.
