I don’t know if Mr.Q is about to declare bankruptcy or just struggling with cash flow, but recently I have experienced ridiculous delays or no response after medium/large cash out request made.

It’s been now 4 weeks since cash out request has been placed on hold and verification started. I sent all documents immediately. The only update I get is that’s "all going according to our protocols and your verification is in the process"
