The player's withdrawal took over 6 months and the amount received was lower than he requested for. The casino failed to respond and we were forced to close the complaint as 'unresolved'.

.i did my verification back in may and they d***ed me around saying they sent the money to my bank account which was a lie gave them no information for my bank then my check never got delivered.i used nothing but my own 50 no bonus no promotions' nothing i was due 1700 and they paid me 360 and in my withdrawl in the casino it says 1700 lie is there a email i can send you the proof

Since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’, which will influence the casino’s rating in a negative way.
