I try to contact the casino for days now but no one answers & I won followed all procedures in regards to the withdraw but I feel like I’m getting no help. I’m used many casinos and this is by far the most complicated one I just need this to be resolved.

Before we can move further with this case, I would like to know if the casino support provided you with an explanation why you weren’t able to upload the documents. No I was not provided with this information. It has been a while now and I been waiting to withdraw my funds so can I please get immediate help or at least a email or link stating that my check is being mailed to me

They canceled my withdraw and didn’t refund me the money I don’t understand why this casino is making this so hard for me is there anyway I can contact a customer service and make a complaint because I am becoming very frustrated
