Vegas rush casino is a scam . When you win 1000 credits it only gives ypu 300 credits . VEGA RISH CASINO is a scam it steals your  money  . Refuses to give you  a withdraw . Takes money that you have won off your account . When there is a deposit made it takes more then you give them permission to take . I would be very careful when trusting vegas rush casino . This is a scam and a hussel  i am outrage that this place is even allowed to operate with how much and how many people they steal from

Yes i did claim bonus new75  i also made a $ 35.  Deposit on which thry took out $ 100 extra out of my account . I had 2500. 00 i went to withdraw 2000.00 which left me 500.00 . They denied letting me withdraw my 2000.  Yes i did contact them with a phone call and email . Yes i will forward them . I also have video of my play time which shows them taking my winnings . Thank you

I also tried the bonus code spooky but it said it had expired.  So.in total i.tried2 bonus codes but only one of them worked .

I have received an email stating my withdraw of  2000.00 is canceled and that vegas rush has taking the remaining of my credits in  my account and leaving me with a zero balance which i did have a remaining of $ 86.00 in my account . When i called them they stated they will not be refunded me back my $ 100.00  that they had taking out of my account without my permission . Why is this place allowed to operate when they are clearly a scam and theives.

Vegas rush keeps sending me emails that says only "OPEN TICKET" this is all along with vegas rush and the phone number . I have received at least 5 emails  . I can not unsubscribe  . Will not let me .

We received the same emails as above. Unfortunately, the Vegas Rush casino team failed to provide enough solid and reasonable proofs that could justify their decision to confiscate your winnings. Therefore, I am very sorry that I could not help you more, and we have no other options, but to marked this case as Unresolved.  

This case can be reopened at any time by the casino once they provide us with relevant evidence. Let's hope that they care about their online reputation and will try hard to resolve your case.

I only claimed 1 bonus the other one it said it was not longer valid . Yes  i had been trying to unsubscribe i was not able to unsubscribe at first though   i have not received anymore  emails from vegas rush casino ..i dont know if i am unsubscribed or not i will try to send that as you request. If they have unsubscribed me that is probably the reason thay have all of a sudden requested  an action i no longer can have access too ..

I had not had an account with vegas rush until 12/2019 ..i made an account in november 2019 when i had first heard of Vegas rush . I did not have an account in 5/1.   I have my screen recording of my playing vegas rush me winning and the total of credits i had won and how many credits i was giving . With all the credits i won  that was not credited to me should make up for the one bonus i used which was New75 .

I only claimed 1 bonus the other bonus i tried to claim said it had expired. That bonus was never credited  to my account . Now that vegas rush has unsubscribed me i no longer have access to that information . I am still trying to obtain that information for you . I do apologies about the misunderstand about the date . I assume that is why the asked not long after the extended time that was giving  and not responding to asking for information i no longer can access .

The bonus code i tried to use that stated it had exspire was from holloween 2019 . It was already 2020 no bonuse codes from 2019 worked on any of the online casinos all said expired . The new75 automatically was on when i had made the account i just had to push redeem

With how much i actually did win and what i was giving was $ 2500.00  i was credited the total i actually won was  $ 5500.00 . When i had made my $ 35.00 deposit  i was not giving a free chip , no free spins . Guru this is from my account when Vegas Rush  canceled my withdraw. This states something totally different then what Vegas rush had submitted as the reason why my withdraw was canceled remaining confiscated . I do believe Vegas Rush will say  what ever Vegas Rush needs to justify Vegas Rush action . There is no reason for Vegas Rush action against me . Vegas Rush has a committment , obligation to do as vegas rush needs to uphold to  what is the truth  or what vegas rush want to make up . Vegas Rush reasoning is not making any sense .which one is it that i did or did not do . It can not be ever reason vegas rush has to be denied  . Thank you guru

It did not credit for me . Nor 2 other people that was playin as well . . I will check all my pictires asap and let you know . As vegas rush stated first something totally different then what was said on my profile as the reason . It is odd that not 1 thing has been said about my deposit or the extra money taken out my account . .

I did some research and will post it here when i tried the bonus code HOLIDAY AND SPOOKY THEY WERE EXPIRED. The time i tried these bonus code they were expired   . As of 2020 they reactivated spooky . I  is referred to family spooky . I used it from hollaween.

Dear Mr.Guru    why do you think vegas rush opens this issue back up just to not respond back ? How many different reason can they give to not give a person their withdraws? I know of 5 different people that have not even given a reason for the denial of there withdraws. Vegas Rush needs to hold up to what the advertise . What vegas rush says they will do ! Which it is a lure for venerable people for them to rob  . It should not even matter on how many bonus i used with how many winnings i won and was not given that by it self would make up for 20 bonus . So now their not just stealing my winnings also vegas rush  cancel my withdraw and takes the rest of my winnings i had on the bored . Then i make 135.00 deposit which vegas rush had  permission for 35.00 not 100.00 . So what i see is a pattern they do this to everyone !. I m just 1 person there going to  wish they did not meet  . I  will not stop until vegas rush holds up to there part . !  Also blacklisted !

Apologies for the delay. The casino refuses to participate in this thread, and we understand that their policy. The casino actually provided us with relevant evidence showing that you claimed 2 free bonuses and you managed to play with that bonus. 

But you have to understand that we are here as a mediator, which means we also need some proofs from you saying that the bonuses you mentioned were expired so that we can continue to discuss more with the casino. Also, could you please confirm (with proof), if you managed to deposit to get your winnings. Without that proof, we could do nothing except to reject this complaint.

Yes i do have proof of my bank withdraws . Is there any way i can send it wothout displaying it publicaly . I will search all my informationto see if i do have that proof. W

Either way if i had used bonuses or not what does that have to do with them not credoting all my winning to me instead of what they did allowed me some of my winning and kept took the remaining i was not giving . ? With how much they gave me a 1000 credit win i would only be giving 150 to 300 of that 1000. . Thank u guru for helping me with the issue

I did not take a screen shot of the bonus that said it was exspired. With how much i had won that vegas rush subtracted from my winnings i would assume any bonus that was used had play through vegas rush subtracted the play thru off my winnings with what remained my deposit should take care of my withdraw since my deposit did not credit me with a bonus $ 35.00 would be 350% 20 free spins ect ect .vegas rush should up hold there obligation as well as what they advertise to the consumer . I have to close the bank account i have  re opend a new bank account it is more problems then it is worth . I was just trying to have some relax time as well as a lil fun by trusting.  Vegas Rush is not anything like being in Las Vegas.  .Thank You Mr Guru  i see that i will not be getting my withdraw.  My deposit the extra money that was taking out of my account back  i appreciate your time trying to help me with this matter. Mr . Guru just to correct something it was not part of my credits were confiscated it was all my credits that i was allowed to have which was a total of $ 2, 500.00 as well as another  $ 3,000.00 i won but was not credited .

Dear Carrie,

Thank you for your feedback, however, we do not have enough evidence from you to go through this complaint to the casino any further. It is the fact that you claimed 2 free bonuses and had managed to roll over with those bonuses and this clearly breaches the casino bonus terms and condition:

"•Back to back free chip between deposits may limit or void your chance of cashing-out. The Player is entitled to only one free chip in between deposits; any winnings resulting from multiple free chips will be void. For example, if a Player wants to redeem two free chips in a row, players will not be able to withdraw any winnings generated by playing on said chips. "

Unfortunately, Carrie, I wish I could help you more. And there is nothing much we can do than to reject this complaint. I would recommend you to check the bonus terms in the casino and consult it right away to them once you got the issue with the promotion code. And I hope you won't come across similar problems again.
