The player's account had been verified and the winnings had been accumulated from a deposit plus a bonus. Despite the Complaints Team's efforts to mediate, the casino did not respond within the set time frame. The player had decided to reverse the deposit and play it out. The complaint had been closed as per the player's request.

I was authorized for a withdrawal Dec 10 but have not received it they told me "Thank you for waiting. be advised that this process may be taking longer than usual due to increases in the volume of withdrawals in our queue and the availability of new batches of payments but please rest assured that our provider will do their best to honor your funds as soon as possible and once this is done, we will notify you via email."


This has been going on for a month now

This is the last email I received Jan 2 when I inquired about my withdrawal.


Yes the winnings were won with a deposit plus a first time player bonus. The last time I spoke to the casino was Jan 14 and received the same answer that they we’re waiting for the next batch to be released and that there were so many people withdrawing and I was in the queue and had to wait my turn
