Hello,

I joined Vbet.com 3 days ago and i make a deposit of 5000 Eur. Then i make a bet of 1.6 odd that i won so i got 8000 euros. The bet was about set winner at volleyball Ligue 1 of France. After 10 min of this win i have been loged out and lost the access of my account "Client Locked". The day after Vbet requested me to send a video selfie holding my ID. Then they sent me an email :" The video selfie has been verified successfully but the account still under review".

I contacted the support many times but they said the same thing everytime : your account is still under review checking you bet history".

Come on I made just 1 bet !!

I feel like Vbet try to delay or steal my money ! Please Help

I’m truly sorry we couldn’t help you to resolve this case, but please do not hesitate to contact us if you run into any issues with any other casino in the future.
