I deposited a small amount of BTC on this website to try out their slot offerings. I did not use any bonus, played with raw funds and managed to win a sum of approximately 190 euros in BTC after fulfilling their 3x wager requirement they have put in place for non-bonus funds. The user interface and website were very clean and everything works okay, except, apparently, the withdrawals.

The website states that all withdrawals are, usually, processed within ten minutes. If not, they are paid out in a few hours. Elsewhere, the T and C states they are paid out in maximum three days. The terms contradict themselves, are unprofessionally written and allow the casino to behave however they want. I have now waited hours on end for a bitcoin withdrawal that should go without hiccups, considering the amount and my behavior on the website. Customer support simply copy pastes the same automated messages over and over and behaves in a very unprofessional manner. I have asked if I need to provide a KYC, to which they have responded that Vave NEVER requires a KYC, which, reading the reviews below, seems to be a complete lie. Of this statement I obviously have proof of.

My emails go unanswered, despite having been asked to reach out there for further answers to my questions.

I am genuinely scared as to whether I will ever see my money. Avoid this scam.

Vave used to be great in 2022—withdrawals were processed within 1–3 hours, and no KYC was required. But those days are over. Account verification is now mandatory, which I have no issue with—KYC is important and necessary.

However, when my submitted documents haven’t even been reviewed after three days and my email to kyc team remains unanswered, I seriously wonder what has happened to Vave. Naturally, my withdrawal is still pending, seemingly because the entire KYC team is either on vacation or unwilling to review three simple documents.

On top of that, there’s this policy:
"Also be aware that according to our terms and conditions, if the player does not pass the verification within two weeks, the account will be permanently closed and the balance confiscated. This procedure is in place to protect our players and the integrity of our services."

And somehow, I have the feeling that my documents won’t be reviewed for exactly 14 days.

like so many other casinos now, just an off brand lower quality stake with far worse withdrawal times.

and just to add some more perspective, i actually won $450 here 4 days ago. They advertise *all* crypto withdrawals as being completed nearly instantly but always within 3 working days. as i said, it’s been 4.

and i can’t get a clear answer from a single person as to why; because their "support
staff" is literally just an army of bots who copy & paste the same 4 responses over and over again.

I made several deposits and lost plenty and they scammed me out of several bonuses. Contacted support and they took forever to respond and didn't help one but. Also you can't play pragmatic or hacksaw games if you live in Canada so that sucks

Deposited €200 two times and funds didn't arrive, although the blockchain states it's finalized and came through. Two different stories were told by live chat. Basically they kept the money and didn't add funds or refunded it any way.

I received payment this morning.

My advice is to stay away from this casino. I don't think they can be trusted. I won over 300 euros and my withdrawal request has been rejected 8 times. Everytime I would get an email with the same response ...

Reason of decline: "We kindly ask you to make a new withdrawal request making sure that all the details are entered correctly "

What makes it questionable is they are very vague in their response and would not specifically tell me what informatin I was getting incorrect. After sending numberous emails, they finally said that my crypto address was invalid. This is just not true.
I have successfully withdrawn from many other casinos using this same crypto address. I asked them to look up my address on the blockchain, as they should see it is not invalid.

I feel like this may be their stalling tactics, returning the requested withdrawal balance into my account, hoping I would play it down. However I will never touch my balance once I've decided to cashout, so they can stall all they want.

I will be submitting a complaint here next week, as it would have been 2 weeks that I have waited for payment.
