Withdrawal stuck in pending status for over 24 hours


Complaint:

I made three withdrawal requests from my Vave account using USDT (TRC20).

The first withdrawal was made more than 24 hours ago, and all three remain in pending status.


I contacted customer support several times, and they told me that my withdrawals are under "security checks" and "manual review" by the finance department. However, according to the information on their website, crypto withdrawals are supposed to be processed within minutes or a few hours, not more than a day.


This long delay is very frustrating. I have three pending withdrawals of approximately $200, $300, and $600. I have used other crypto casinos before and never faced such a long delay for USDT withdrawals.


I kindly ask Casino.Guru to help me resolve this issue and get my withdrawals processed as soon as possible.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
