i see a lot of negative reviews about their bonus money..but i dont play with bonus money in the first place and i had a nice gaming experience there 'Slots were operating well', I dont know if it's related or not. as far as I can tell this site cares about its reputation and it is well managed ' which in my opinion is the most important thing....they want regular customer my ID was verified before playing and it was quick about 2 days...i cashed out some winnings but it was canceled once at the same time i had an issue with another transaction from this payment provider which was supposedly the cause of the issue...

A pleasant casino, lots of providers, lots of bonus offers, very smooth. But I don't know why, I never managed to earn a single cent in this one. As soon as I play, the scale goes very very quickly. Very poor customer service to say the least when it comes to withdrawal. Live chat is answered immediately, but useless for cash out process. Finance department is treating you like a fool claiming screenshots of verification docs sent are blurry and claiming after that they didn’t receive updated screenshots. I see a lot of people giving bad reviews to casinos related to bonusses. The thing is all Casinos have bonus terms and conditions and should be read before accepting bonusses. There might be some confusion but that’s what customer service is for. I got a 150% wager free bonus with my first crypto deposit. RSC wager free terms are different from other casinos. Payout is 5x deposit amount and you forfeit the bonus amount. I'm not a big fan of deposit bonusses because I've always managed to win with a bonus and then you are stuck until you've met your wagering requirements. I made the mistake of not reading the terms in detail but just accepting same rules count. So when I have fulfilled my wagering requirements and checked my withdrawable balance it was non existent. A quick chat with some really helpful and friendly staff cleared everything up and I was good to go. Not being able to withdraw the bonus money (gonna loose it anyway) gave me the opportunity to raise the stakes a bit with the betting amount which was nice. I did end up making some money. RSC have a really nice selection of games and the site is easy to navigate and user friendly. Its easy to keep track of funds and wagering requirements. Overall I had a really good time playing here and will go soon again. There is nothing negative to say about my experience just because I did not read the fairly fair terms.

Danger! Even if you play through the bonus and the bonus money is converted into real money in the account, it is still bonus money according to the hidden terms and conditions! First I was satisfied, the slots were going well, then it started with the fact that I couldn't play all the games because of a wager free bonus, it doesn't matter then it continued that I wanted to pay out, ok, the bonus amount was deducted directly from me and then I got an email that My winnings were canceled because I am only allowed to withdraw 5 times the deposit amount. Worst customer service I have seen. Emails dont get answers. Support plays dumb regarding serious matters about responsibility. I didnt like how they acted towards my case and I felt like my issue was not handled as it should of had. There is few casinos that takes responsible matter seriously, this is not one of those. I wish they would have lisence group blocks, like I have asked many times.

After little issue , Casino did fix the problem and returned all of my winnings...and the money has been successfully withdrawn!
