Hello, I had a frustrating experience with this casino. On Saturday the 18th, I made a $50 deposit with a bonus, which gave me a balance of $100. I played well and made a profit. I tried to withdraw, and they told me how the withdrawal worked: I had to keep the bonus balance, and the rest could be withdrawn. The thing is, when I made the withdrawal, I had about $170 left to withdraw. I made the withdrawal, and I received an email to verify it. Since my account, according to the online chat, was already verified, I sent everything and went through the process. Then, while I waited, the withdrawal was canceled, and the money returned to my playing balance. I played and made a profit that I remember reached about $650. Between games, I left $500 to withdraw via Bitcoin. Everything was fine up to that point. Here's what I consider a scam: theft. As a user, there's no information about responsible gambling; the website doesn't provide it. In fact, I sent them an email with a screenshot of the page (the issue is, I received an email saying that, according to the clause in the responsible gambling article, I couldn't withdraw more than 5 times my deposit, meaning... Of the $500 I had won, I could only withdraw $250, meaning half was lost. This was very frustrating and had never happened to me at any other casino. At first it seemed like an interesting casino. But almost immediately after the welcome offers, when I made a regular deposit to play blackjack, after the withdrawal, the casino asked me to make a x5 turnover. That's a lot. Yes, it is written in their rules that they can request this, but I played back the entire deposit in blackjack and even a little more, and at a minus. However, the casino did not withdraw funds and asked for x5. Play blackjack 5 deposits? Perversion. In general, a casino will always require you to play more than you want. Usually casinos require 1-2 and I accept that, that’s how much I played. X5 was not justified.

The thing is, if you watch my session where I just played blackjack, you will realize that there were no bonus funds. It was during that session that I clicked the deactivate button. Х5 было не обосновано.

Потом как-то я решил поиграть на бонус и выиграл немного денег. Наигравшись решился вывести, но весь выигрыш мне анулировали, заявив, что чтобы получить данный бонус я до этого должен был на неделе сделать чистый депозит. И здесь мы плавно переходим к двум проблемам:

1) Кривой перевод на русский язык, где непонятно данное условие. Там было просто про чистые депозиты, что они должны быть, а они у меня были.

2) Почему я вообще должен следить за этим? Многие казино ставят такие условия, я не против. Но все происходит автоматически. Если ты не выполнил условие, бонус просто не начислится. И это справедливо. А мне его дали. Раз дали, значит, я его заслуживаю. Почему нет автоматической проверки?

Поэтому считаю, что казино просто отняло у меня выигрыш. Ведь если бы я проиграл, никто бы мне не сказал, ой вы проиграли, но мы вернём вам деньги, так как вы сыграли на бонус, а не должны были))) поэтому я считаю, что данное казино вводит в заблуждение, технически реализовано с ошибками, и находясь в заведомо проигрышной ситуации (ведь мы знаем про преимущество казино), тебя ещё и обманывают хитростями, хотя формально им и есть на что ссылаться. Но такой вид обмана ещё хуже, чем прямой. Не советую и не рекомендую.

P. S. Так как я не могу ответить на ответ казино на моё сообщение, я так же хочу обвинить это казино во лжи. Они утверждают, что я дважды сознательно из якобы обманул. Они сказали, что на 4 депозит я запросил релоад, но я играл чистый депозит!!! На что они зарывают глаза? На свою ложь? Я сначала вбил бонусный код, а потом нажал кнопку ДЕАКТИВИРОВАТЬ! И играл чистый депозит. Так что казино вместо решения своих проблем, которые я описал, будут ещё клеветать на вас, а я даже ответить им не могу. Поэтому надеюсь на одобрение данного дополнения. Ибо во лжи меня обвинять никто не имеет право. Я написал подробный и честный отзыв. И не имеет значения в плюсе я в итоге оказался или в минусе на данном казино. Это не имеет никакого права казино лгать, так что слова про излишний вагер, кривой перевод и отсутствие автоматического подтверждения доступности бонусов остаются актуальными, а решать уже вам.

P. P. S. По итогу, казино не вывели обрезанные деньги, а затребовали ещё x5 вагер. Вот и думайте головой, прежде чем связываться с этим казино, которое мстит игрокам при возможности.

Как я писал выше: я сначала вбил бонус на релоад, а потом нажал кнопку деактивировать. Причём когда деньги пришли, я заметил какое-то Сообщение про ошибку с бонусом. Я не стал вчитываться, потому что я его сам деактивировал. Тогда я подумал, наверное, Из-за деактивации они просто предупредили меня о том, что нельзя играть на бонус. On your first 3 deposits you claimed the first deposits bonus (where everythings is fine), then on you 4th deposit you claimed a reload bonus, even if on the promotion page and in the Bonus T&C is written that before claiming a reload bonus, you must make a clean/raw deposit.

On the first time we ignored this violation, but after that you made your 5th deposit and you again claimed a reload bonus without making a clean/raw deposit, and already on the second violation we applied our rules which you signed when you registered on our site.

Moreover, as you mentioned in your first review (which you deleted) - you were aware about this condition, so you violated it consciously.

Is important to mention, that you cashed out much more than you have deposited, and this is okay, because we always pay our customers, BUT when you consciously violate our Bonus T&C twice - we already apply our rules.
