I played on CristalPoker for approximately one year and during that entire period I received no warnings, restrictions, or complaints regarding my betting activity.
At the time my account was closed, I had approximately $800 in my balance. CristalPoker accused me of arbitrage betting, exploiting incorrect odds, and coordinating betting activity with other players.
I asked them to provide the specific bets, the accounts allegedly connected to me, the nature of that connection, and the evidence supporting these accusations. They refused to provide this information, citing the confidentiality of their security systems.
Instead of returning the funds that were in my account balance, CristalPoker stated that they would only return my original deposit while deducting a 10% administrative fee. According to their own calculation, I deposited €58.80, they deducted €5.88, and returned only €52.92.
In my view, withholding the funds while refusing to provide specific evidence supporting the accusations is unacceptable and appears fraudulent.

Hello, I had a frustrating experience with this casino. On Saturday the 18th, I made a $50 deposit with a bonus, which gave me a balance of $100. I played well and made a profit. Поэтому считаю, что казино просто отняло у меня выигрыш.
