The casino had returned the money to the player's account for a wire transfer but refused to transfer the winnings to a Credit Union, despite having withdrawn the initial funds from the same Credit Union. The complaint was rejected due to the player's lack of response to our inquiries, preventing further investigation.

I played Uptown Aces, I won $380.13. They sent me a check that I wasn't able too cash because it had a Canadian routing number. I contact customer service. They say I need a letter from the bank explaining why it couldn't be cashed, I got the letter from the bank and submitted it. They put the money back in my player account to do a wire transfer, however they don't transfer to Credit Unions! That's awfully funny because that's where they withdrew the funds for me to ay from. So your telling me you can withdraw from my credit union for me to play, but you can't deposit my winnings to the same credit union! Make it make sense! I'm stuck with money I can't redeem! SCAM!!!!

Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors, such as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. Therefore this doesn’t necessarily have to be the casino’s mistake.
