Player's winnings have been voided due to active bonus. The complaint was rejected as the player was non-responsive.
I won 1500 last week and submitted my withdraw. It said pending and all money was taken from my balance . A couple days went by then I decided I would play the bonus that said loyalty bonus spins. Since it had been a few days I decided to play the loyalty spins I got done playing the spins and logged out and hadn't played since but I get an email today saying my winnings from the withdraw have been voided . How is that fair or even right when the withdraw already said pending and I didn't use the bonus or anything until way after I withdrew my winnings. No bonus money or free spins were used to win the withdraw.

Thank you for submitting your complaint. I'm really sorry to hear about your issue. I've checked the casino terms and found this:
"7. Players with one or more pending withdrawals currently in their account are not eligible to receive any bonuses, promotional or otherwise, until such withdrawals are either processed or cancelled. Abuse of this policy, as defined by the casino, may result in cancellation of the player's winnings."
However, we find this term unfair and the player's bonus should not affect any balance won or withdrawn before the bonus was active. Before we would try to contact the casino, could you please send us your bonus history or any other proof so we can be sure you did not have any bonus activated before.
