Placed only sports bets, no bonuses or ‘free coins’ taken, email address is verified. Withdrew £3703.59 in bitcoin which was confiscated without notice. I realised by checking myself after the delay. Have asked live chat for an explanation twice, and they’ve said an email will arrive that has yet to.


Still have a further £2345.90 in my balance that I also need back. Almost all of the £6049.49 is my deposits, minus £95 of profit.

I’m truly sorry we couldn’t help you to resolve this case, but please do not hesitate to contact us if you run into any issues with any other casino in the future. As I mentioned earlier, since we don’t have a branch dealing with sports betting yet and enough insight to take on this kind of dispute or judge it appropriately, we are forced to reject your complaint in the end. I really wish I were of more help.
