Withdrawal of funds has been pending for a very long time, and support promised in a email to withdraw funds a week ago. Support probably now not responding any emails, I would appreciate any help

  • Do I understand correctly that payment is still pending inside your account without being processed?
  • Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus?
  • Have you received any winnings from this casino in the past?

Payment in pending status still , and was ordered after deposit ,

without any promo bonuses etc.

Yes one payment was processed about 2 month ago(from September)

And last one is stuck for some reason probably
