I put a withdrawal request in for 100 real money then when that was processed they gave me 3 euro as a gift with no clear indication on wager and on there term previous withdrawal is not included however it was so I was told I had to play the wager so did and no games paid out its clearly a scam casino

And the 3 euro gift I accepted as it was described as a reward for loyalty not stating I would have to wager my pending winning

Dear Richard, can you please confirm if you have canceled your pending withdrawal after you received your bonus or it was denied by the casino because of the bonus? Also, do I understand it correctly that you received the bonus after your pending withdrawal or was it before?

I received bonus after my pending withdrawal however it was rejected due to needing to wager for this new bonus so had no choice but to wager and guess what no games paid out funny coincidence I don't think so

Sorry for the delay. It is a very strange situation.


In your situation, you can always forfeit the bonus and withdraw the real money from the casino.


That you didn't win is unfortunate, but considering that you had only €100, it is possible. All depends on how many bets and on which game you did. But still, statistically, it is possible what happened to you. In the normal licensed casino, I would say it is just bad luck, but in casinos, without a license, it could be manipulated RTP.


We already gave this casino a very bad reputation rating based on other complaints and by analysing their terms and conditions. In your case, the problem is that you lost the money and I can't proof anyhow that the casino cheated you somehow.

I can only recommend you to find a another casino, the one with a good license and good reputation.
