Hello, 


I have to seek help because of the situation I am with Flappy casino. I played the first welcome bonus at their site 100% up to 500, I focused on slots. I won 6000 EUR and after account verification was complete, they paid me 4000 EUR and then stopped with payments. I saw similar cases on the internet so I am scared that they will never pay me the rest of my winnings. Last payment was on 10.03.2025. (I made that withdrawal 27.02.2025.) Almost a month without payouts and I am contacting them but they do not give me any clear answers about when the remaining amount will be paid.


I would appreciate any guidance or assistance on how to proceed. Thank you.
