The player from Estonia had their sports bets limited. We rejected this complaint as it was sports betting related.
Good Morning.
I opened an account on Tornadobet.com few days ago. Made deposit 100€ euros, rolled it over, recived newcomers welcome bonus 100€ euros.
Made 6 bets total, 4 winning and 2 losing bets. On 3rd day I can't make bets. Contacted the live support. They told me that my account is limited to 5/10€ per bet. Now I have 475€ on their site.
Basically they locked my 475 euros on their site. They limited me so I would not be able to rollover my money needed times to recive bonus they have offered.
Seems convenient scam.
I know, its not related to casino, but they offer casino too and it's still the same site.
What can I do? Is there anything to do? What you prefer me to do? what can you do?

Hey. I asked them Trade Department contacts, they rejected my request. And they can limit whoever they want, like they want and don't have to give any answers. Sad. had High hopes on that site. I have canceld my bonus, lost over 250€. And gonna make withdraw for rest of my money. case closed, money lost.
