The player's withdrawal is delayed due ongoing verification. The complaint was closed as the player stopped responding.
This is the second time I've requested a withdrawal, I've submitted id verification at least twice now, customer service isn't any help, no reply to multiple emails, I've made multiple deposits in the past, this is the first time Im actually wanting to cash out (1st withdrawal request took so long that I just decided to reverse request and lost winning) but I just want to be paid out fair and square.
Hello mikeup91,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with This Is Vegas Casino. Please allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward.
Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? Which documents have been already approved and which ones not? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
Please note that the verification process may take up to 14 days after sending in all the requested documents.
Looking forward to your answer.
Regards,
Nick
I was positive I had already submitted the necessary documents on a previous withdrawl attempt and have reached out to support regarding this. I haven't received a reply as of yet.
If they still needed any kind of verification documents they haven't advised me of what is needed or where to send them.
I have resent driver's license and utility bill for verification, in case that is what was needed
Ok now I'm being told my winnings aren't withdrawalable because I haven't made a deposit within the last 30 days
According to her, this is not about my documents, this is the first I'm hearing of this after talking to 4 different chat agents
This is outrageous, now they are saying my winnings are going to be removed
Hello mikeup91,
Was your balance generated with real money or with a bonus? When exactly was the last time you did deposit?
I was unaware of the rule stating you had to deposit within 30 days for the bonus to count towards real money, so I'm not sure why it was offered in the first place
Dear mikeup91,
If you did claim a no deposit bonus, the casino had the right to void your balance based on the term that you have to deposit within the last 30 days. I'm really sorry that we are not able to help you but the casino did nothing wrong.
Please be sure to always read all the bonus terms and conditions before accepting it.
Is there anything else we can assist you with? If not, we will be closing the complaint.
