The player from the US probably accidentally lost his winnings. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I had won 800 thru a playthru and I was playing 1.00 hands and they said I was playing 22x hands so Iost it all thinking that I was playing dollar hands and that took like a month just to get to that point

I was doing 1 dollar bets i wasnt doing 22x so somewhere the software got garbled and it took me over a month to get to that point
