The player from Michigan has requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. Their money hasn’t been received yet. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I made it withdrawal of $450 worth of Bitcoin on the 27th of February. I've been checking the status of my withdrawal everyday. I've turned in my documents and they were approved on February 28th. Today on the 5th of March I see that my $450 was reversed and another withdrawal of $241 was initiated. The remaining $209 is nowhere to be found. I did not authorize the reversal I did not authorize a new withdrawal and now I'm waiting again another 7 days to even see if my money is coming to me. I deposited over $100 worth of Bitcoin and I can't get any money out of this casino after winning. Completely unfair and there's no explanation to help me whatsoever. Customer service told me that they sent me an email on March 2nd I can't find that email. What's going on and when will I get my money because I want to never use you again! However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
