Its been 10 days first of all i use to play in betway casino and didnt knew betway owns hippodrome so when i made new acc with hippodrome and won i withdraw 2000£ and these mfs starting asking for a card detail which i never used on there site but on betway like 2 years back and that card is lost already so i explained everything to them then they told me to change my email id so they can process my withdraw its been still 3 days ive done everything now they are not replying to my emails and there live chat is shit they always said we will further look into this sorry we dont have acess and shit like pure scam never play on this site man help casino guru so i can get my money man

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

they are not replying to my emails first they told me to change my email address and did every single thing they told me to do but these guys not replying me no more and not even giving my withdrawal mam its 2000 pounds which is stuck and there customer support is so bad please help me and am fully verified and iv even send them my bank statement and everything
