The player's unable to proces a withdrawal due to verification of some documents. The complaint was resolved after the player was verified and could successfuly withdrawal his money.
Game account verified 06/06/2021 with lots of approval of my driving license. Regularly deposited until today, at the time of the withdrawal request my driving license turns out to be no longer valid !! What a good impression you make of the casino !!!

Was this your first withdrawal request in the casino? When did your driving licence expride? Did the casino offer you any alternative way of verification as your drivers licence no longer valid?
Please note that once one of your documents become invalid, the casino can no longer accept it. I would recommend to ask the casino about accepting a different verification document instead of the drivers licence.
