I have won 2000 euro playing on this website and when I try to withdraw they are asking me for a picture of a card I no longer have also I am not a part of the bank for the card they are asking for anymore I have uploaded a new card and sent them a picture of that card and asked to remove the other one as I no longer have it and cannot provide a photo of the card or a bank statement for that card as I am not with the bank anymore I emailed them twice got no response I then started online chat to which I was ignored once again this happened to me before and nothing was settled I will not be going through this again I would like it resolved.

Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? Which documents have been already approved and which ones not? When exactly did you let the casino know that the card no longer exists?
