The player from US was supposed to receive a bonus prize from a tournament, but the casino hasn't credited it. It came to light that, as part of the terms and conditions, the player needed to have made a deposit in the last thirty days to be able to qualify for the prize. The player hadn't made such a deposit, and as this information was clearly displayed the complaint was rejected.

I played in their blackjack tournament and placed 9th. They are refusing to issue my bonus despite proof of placing. Just refusing outright!

I would doubt with their questionable reputation that they will respond. This should serve as a cautionary tale to All to not play at Super Slots Casino as they can't honor the least of their obligations.

Good afternoon, the above picture is when you go inside and log in as a player, there, you get to see the rules for the tournaments we have on a daily basis.

Here https://www.superslots.ag/games/blackjack/Blackjack%20Tournament/860/1075?gameId=860&extGameId=1075, you can also find on the "info button", the T&C for all of them. Im attaching what the player gets to see once he is inside. You will read the rule about the 20$ deposit as a minimum.
