The player's withdrawal was delayed for over a month. We contacted the casino and were informed that the player's withdrawal request was finally processed. Later the player confirmed she received her winnings and we closed the complaint as resolved.
i have 3 payouts and the one for $800 was approved but nothing since November 17th. Can you help with any of these payouts?

I have accumulated the payout with real money but the first one for $1500 they took out the bonus part and left me with the $800 I was first supposed to get and then additional $300 with real money (no bonus) I am waiting for about $1100
