The last time I made a withdrawal request was in August .

I did not play with any bonus. It was a clean deposit along with a clean withdrawal request, made with BTC.

20 business days it takes for a person to receive their winnings. In my opinion, that is ridiculously too long.


I played with a clean deposit for this withdrawal. My request was submitted Nov 3. Approved on Nov 15th. And am still waiting for the money to hit my BTC.
