Despite assurances and having the matter escalated three times, the player had been waiting over a month. The casino representative had stated that the payment was made via Bitcoin on the 3rd of April. However, the player did not respond to confirm the receipt of the payment. As a result, we had to reject the complaint due to lack of further information from the player.

Sunrise slots casino Withdrawal request was approved on March 12 and I have yet to receive it. Matter was "escalated " 3 times supposedly. I originally requested the Withdrawal in February 27. Wa repeatedly told to wait 2-3 days check back.

Greetings all,


I reviewed the situation and payment went out via Bitcoin on the 3rd of April and is confirmed delivered in Blockchain Explorer, the previous withdrawals were made via Coindraw which is almost entirely automated and much faster than standard Bitcoin which is a manual process and can take significantly longer. I would highly recommend using Coindraw any time is available, it's just much faster. Please confirm receipt of payment dwojcik1019.
