no, it is my second withdrawal. The first withdrawal went pretty good I mean I still didn’t like the fact that it took more than a week or something like that but far from 20 days . I inserted my last conversation yesterday.. i usually play with their bonuses but as soon as I withdraw of course they take their bonus portion out and then I’m left with my goal which is 2500 because that’s their max. "I find it hard to believe the difficulties they put you through. It's as if they are scammers and won't pay you. When I searched online, I came across claims that they don't have a license and there are issues with paperwork and documents. However, I made sure everything was done correctly, and I don't gamble on sites where I can't withdraw funds. I ensure my approval before I start.
But when I finally attempt to make a withdrawal, I discover that it's not instant, which is the first disappointment. They then mention an approval process that takes up to 10 days, even though I thought I was already approved. I'm left wondering about the need for this approval process. And to add to the frustration, they inform me that it will take another 10 days to send the Bitcoin to me. This is outrageous and has made me extremely angry. Because I receive bitcoin all over the world and it takes like 15 minutes most tops one of the casinos I’ve joined which was super slots I won. I don’t know $2000 and I cashed out 1500. I got it in three hours I didn’t even send in my ID.
