I made a request for a withdrawal yesterday but today 15th April it was cancelled by the casino. I have been on chatting to support who have said that I need to wait for the game provider to verify the win. Never in my life have I ever heard of this. Below is the screenshots of the conversation with support.

Hey Nick,


Going by the responses from support I am not sure what they are doing. There was no mention of KYC and if they did I would complete this. They are talking about checking with game provider which I have never heard of. I have not received any email from them as to what is happening. I can wait and see what happens.
