Avoid- FALSE ADVERTISING


I sign up to this casino and this casino offers wager free no deposit spins on their webpage(not from another affiliate page their actual game site) they said because my account doesn’t have a tag for it I don’t qualify for it. I told them that shouldn’t matter as I applied from their site and it’s offered on their site and support kept saying there is no tag I’m don’t get it and won’t investigate why or try to fix it. I only just sign up and I claimed an offer which is offered from their page and if you can’t give it to people then this is false advertising!

wouldn’t recommend it, if I had trouble with just trying to claim a bonus that they offer on their site and they can’t even provide this, I will assume they would have problems with everything else with this casino!

I have no idea what it means, they won’t explain and help. I’ve attached what I have. I just signed up and haven’t made a deposit yet. Verified email no id yet as I only signed up and ran into this problem and it doesn’t say it requires full verification to claim or they haven’t mentioned either filefilefile

I completely comprehend and acknowledge that this situation is less than ideal. However, our focus is on cases where the casino wrongly credited players with bonuses and subsequently denied their winnings. If the casino declines to grant bonuses to its players, we are unable to compel them to do so and must accept that the offer was initially extended but not fulfilled. Which means we cannot take further action.
