The experience itself is "good" until it comes to withdrawing earnings; they're very slow and require numerous verifications. Furthermore, and I think the worst part is that if you withdraw more than once a month, they charge an 8% commission on the total. According to them, this is stated in their terms and conditions. The other thing is, they require a 5x rollover of your initial deposit to accept the withdrawal, even though you are not accepting any bonus. I don't recommend it.
En si la experiencia es "buena" hasta que toca el momento de retirar las ganancias, son muy lentos y piden muchas verificaciones. Por otra parte y lo peor creo yo, es que si retiras mas de una vez en el mes te cobran una comisión del 8% del total. Según ellos, está mencionado en sus términos y condiciones. Lo otro, piden un rollover x5 de tu deposito inicial para que te acepten el retiro, siendo que no estas aceptando ningún bono. No lo recomiendo.

Where do you start .. ill just list them .. no answers on live chat they no nothing to help ... kyc is ridiculous selfie with passport and driving licence and to top it of they ask for 1 thing per email not all at once so it takes days when your finally verified your withdrawal goes to another department so thats more time ..... first withdrawal a few days second one I gave up I asked why it was taking so long I was told it would take time wait ... this is a strategy used by companies who wont let you set limits or time outs so you will play your winnings away .. my advice go somewhere else they are not interested in player safety at all just want your money and will do anything so you can't withdrawal..... you can't close account either due to the 3 month rule so be careful they dont care if you have a gambling problem

Not a good casino! You can get nice bonuses that attract but in principle they are useless! You can only win small amounts and even if you often get 100% bonus it is not enough!
