Where do you start .. ill just list them .. no answers on live chat they no nothing to help ... kyc is ridiculous selfie with passport and driving licence and to top it of they ask for 1 thing per email not all at once so it takes days when your finally verified your withdrawal goes to another department so thats more time ..... first withdrawal a few days second one I gave up I asked why it was taking so long I was told it would take time wait ... this is a strategy used by companies who wont let you set limits or time outs so you will play your winnings away .. my advice go somewhere else they are not interested in player safety at all just want your money and will do anything so you can't withdrawal..... you can't close account either due to the 3 month rule so be careful they dont care if you have a gambling problem
