I had a very concerning experience with this casino regarding responsible gaming and self-exclusion. I had previously requested self-exclusion on a platform level, which should have prevented any further access or registration. However, their system allowed me register and deposit. This directly contradicts responsible gaming principles and shows a serious failure in their internal controls.
Later on my account was locked and when I requested a refund based on this situation, my requests were ignored.
I strongly advise others to be cautious, as this raises serious concerns about how self-exclusion policies are actually enforced in practice.

The operator claims the case was "resolved" in response below, however no refund was issued and no actual resolution was provided. The response relies solely on internal records without addressing the failure of responsible gambling controls.

I deposited based on the first deposit bonus offered, as well as the games and providers the casino has recruited. Of the 95 providers listed by filter, I was advised of just one to play when I queried support about a list of restricted games. No information was given other than some providers have geo location restrictions in place. So my advice is to spend your money at any of the other many casinos that offer games from most providers with just a bonus wagering restriction. I am still yet to spend my real or bonus money, have preferences over Betsoft. Edited to add, I was advised by support of three providers I can play. Turns out there's still only one as Popiplay and Lucky do not appear as providers at all in my menu. Pretty disappointing experience, should have deposited elsewhere.

This casino is a shame, and thank goodness it was only €100. It turns out I'm registering, but when I enter my GMX email, the system tells me it's invalid. So I mention it in the chat, and they tell me to enter a Gmail email. I enter it, and it says "Registration successful." I confirm my email. I go to Gmail and confirm my email. I tell the chat agent, and they tell me I can now deposit and start playing. I make a €100 deposit, which the casino's payment processor also charges me €101.84. So far, everything's fine, but to my surprise, when I go to play, a message pops up saying "Your account has been deactivated." They don't solve anything in the chat and I've lost €100 without playing, so I think this is a real scam and I'm writing this review so that no one deposits in this casino without being sure, otherwise the same thing would happen to them as to me. If my account has been deactivated, why do they let me deposit and after I have made the deposit they say it is deactivated? By the way, the wagering requirement without using a bonus is x2 when in 95% of casinos it is x1, that is, you have to bet once before withdrawing the deposit, but in this casino it is twice.
On Friday the 23rd, they asked me for the IBAN for my account to return the €100. I sent it to them, and today, Monday, they said they paid me by card. What's the deal? Horrible casino, I signed up to their casino as they are offering a no wager no deposit spin on their site. They told me I can’t get it as it’s not tagged to my account. This is false advertising as they cannot provide it and refuse to help me solve this problem. This bonus is offered on their site(not another affiliate site).
I would not recommend this casino as if I had problem with just signing up to claim a bonus that they advertise on their site and cannot give it to you just because you’re missing a tag then this shows how much problem you will have in the future with any other little problem not to mention big ones. The support don’t help and won’t try to solve your problem, they won’t send you for any investigation and they can’t provide much information to anything.
