I joined here and have been depositing and losing. I finally won 1101.00 and it was approved on Jan 17th 2023 as a bank check form of payment. They told me it take 7 to 10 days for me to receive this. I have been patiently waiting and also depositing, playing and losing. I must have deposited 14 times after my approval on my small win and I lost on all. Its like they blocked my account from winning again. I contacted a chat rep and she said it can take up to 3 weeks for you to get your winnings. I said to her that's more they 7 to 10 business days. Its such a small amount of money. I have deposited a lot more than I won after I won.. Ridiculous

Hi Petronela, My winnings here were not from free spins. I won this when I first joined and I took a no rules bonus. After I sent all documents in for verification they then posted on my account withdrawal bank check approved on 01/17/2023. They originally told me 7 to 10 business days. I have contacted them several times asking for an update and each representative told me it was sent already. Tracking numbers are still pending and there is nothing on your account. I told them I get bank checks from other casinos next day air with a smaller fee of only $30. Why are you charging me $40 for this bank check and its taking forever? They stop responding to me then. I then contacted another chat rep a few days later and she said the same thing except she said it can take up to 3 weeks before you get it. For such a small amount of money it shouldn't be such a long time.

I received an email today with the tracking details. Looks like it was sent Next Day Air. I will have it tomorrow.

I would like to close this complaint.
