The player from the United States won $1,000 from a free roll slot tournament, but was only able to withdraw $100 despite the terms and conditions allowing a maximum withdrawal amount of $1,000. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

I won $100 in a free roll slot tournament and I took that and played and came out with over $1000. I tried to withdraw the $1000 and they only gave me $100. it specifically states in the casino's terms and conditions:

****Prizes won in a Free Roll Tournament are added to cash balances and may be withdrawn from the casino.

Any winnings from Free Roll Slot Tournaments may be used to play in real money casino games. These winnings are subject to a minimum withdrawal amount of $100 and a maximum withdrawal amount of $1,000.****

I am livid over this and I tried to talk to them to have them fix it and they just kept saying the same thing over and over. I also saved the whole chat if anyone is interested. unbelievable!! if they don't stick to their terms and condition, then what's the point? If I'm wrong I'll admit it, but I don't think I am. Also, the person I talked to, at the end of the conversation, she says "Thank you so much for playing at Captain Jack Casino" I was playing at Sunrise Slots and talking to her thru the Sunrise Slots chat.
