The player from the United States had his winnings confiscated due to new country regulations. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I played one of the free hourly tournaments I was invited to through email and won first place. First place is one thousand dollars. When I tried to withdraw I received a message saying that they do not accept players from the United States which is a blatant lie because not only is the United States clearly listed in their terms and conditions as being accepted but I have already made two successful withdrawals without any issues in this area.
Dear Ronnieg1980,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I have checked the terms and conditions, and this is what I found (here):
"Based on your country of residence, restrictions apply to playing at the casino, the use of bonuses, redemption of free chips and/or deposits via credit card. We retain the right to lift these restrictions on an individual basis. Carefully go through the constraints that may apply. You may view all country restrictions in this PDF document or you can download it in MS Word format. You can contact us in order to appeal for any country based restriction(s). The casino shall assess your account and make the final call based on your case."
Even from your previous complaint about this casino, we know that you received payouts in the past.
Is there any relevant communication that you would like to forward to petronela.k@casino.guru before we'll contact the casino?
I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.
Best regards,
Petronela
