I won $907 with a no deposit bonus code 48 days ago. I played through the wagering requirements. I made a deposit for verification like the casino requested. A representative assured me that they had all documentation needed for the withdrawal. The withdrawal was approved on 10/14/22. I have been told a certain time frame more than once, but at the end of the time frame a casino representative just adds more time to the delay. My withdrawalhas been escalated more than once as stated by the casino.


I feel I need help or they will just blow me off and not pay.

Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t mean necessarily, that it will be offered for withdrawals too, also it can be discontinued at any time. Unfortunately, casinos are sometimes powerless and limited in offering payment methods to their customers.

 

Could you please advise if you have been informed about any alternative method to withdraw your winnings? Was your account verified successfully in the past? Do I understand correctly that your winnings were accumulated from a free bonus purely, without placing any real money deposit?

I understand the payment method issue. I've been told different things about when I would receive the payment though. Its been 48 days and I've been told withing 20 days, I've been told within 48-72 hours, I've been told within the next business days, so I feel they just keep putting it off or are not going to pay it and waiting for me to let it go. As I said, and in the screen shots, the casino said they have everything they need from me for verification. Also, I have made a real money deposit to the casino.
