I don’t know if I’ve allowed sunrise casino enough time to process my withdrawal but I’ve submitted it on 9/2/23 and now it’s 9/27/2023. I don’t appreciate how they’re treating me, I’m supposed to allow them 7-10 business for approval which I was approved on 9/15/2023 after approval they’re allowed another 7-10 business day for payout. As of today it’s the 9th business day and I requested my payout in bitcoin " Bitcoin"
Bitcoin can be sent to me within a hour.
what’s the hold up? I’m also allowed $2,500 weekly withdrawals only and they owe $7,000. They’re pretty sleazy to the customer instead of having a happy customer they’ve a angry one instead.
I got tire of waiting and lose money back to them I had them close my account so I couldn’t lose anymore cash. Before I did that I had requested two more withdrawals of $2,500 and $2,000 making a total of $7,000 withdrawals

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
Do I understand correctly that your withdrawal was approved on the 15th of September and you consequently closed your account?
Could you please clarify what the disputed amount represents?

I still have not gotten any deposit made in my accounts. I’ve been approved for my withdrawal so verification isn’t the issue, the only issue I’ve with them is getting paid which I’m still waiting. I find that hard to believe they’re back up withdrawal there is no excuse except they don’t want to give me my money.
Have you guys talk to them and ask them
