The player from the US was upset due to a delayed Bitcoin withdrawal of $2,500 that had been initially agreed upon by the casino. The player had closed their account out of frustration, which they were then told could further delay the withdrawal. The player also had multiple pending withdrawals and a total of $63,000 in his account. Despite account verification, the player had accused the casino of being a scam due to the slow payout process. In response, the casino had stated that all playable funds and requested withdrawals had been played and cancelled. The player had confirmed this, expressing dissatisfaction with the casino. Ultimately, we were unable to assist further and the complaint was rejected.

So had a good time but would never pay on time my vip guy was awesome so on a Wednesday I requested if I could get a Bitcoin payment on Friday 2500 and was told sure later on in the afternoon so Friday comes along I’m told no they won’t pay u

you have to wait so got pissed said shit my acct down and ask the question will this delay my withdrawal and no shit was told yes it could who runs a casino and doesn’t pay winnings so

im asking for anyone to help in this matter I get 7-10 days but if u don’t have the money why run a casino ? Not 1 week ago saying how good they were crazy

  • Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed?
  • Could you please specify how many days ago was your withdrawal requested?
  • Was your account successfully verified already?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

Yes my payment is still pending when I was told that I was gonna be paid out on Friday and then came back and said they’re not gonna pay it out on Friday it’s gonna be normal time frames my issue and still is my issue I don’t care if they have a timeframe but if you tell somebody you’re gonna pay him and that is gonna be there mid afternoon on Friday that’s poor business and it makes it look like they don’t have the money

I had 31 withdrawals for 2500 also 63k in my acct

I was told they could process the payment and one every 21 days . That’s just dumb .


now my vip rep decided to stop talking to me as well so when he finally got with me I was pissed . He stated that he would give me a 1000 dollar credit for another site .

the crazy thing is I won in casinos in the US like a few hundred thousand dollars the lucky thing is that I spend 500 dollars and took them for 120k but couldn’t pay me . 7 th was the 1st on 13 th 17 withdraw dates . They paid me 7500 I won over 200k . I reported them and as well they can’t pay big amounts.

They play games I’m fine with that but your not getting anywhere with them I could win all the time and they would say 5k a month not worth playing on that site .
