I am so upset with sunrise slot casino they have the longest withdrawal process which does not make any sense. I submitted my withdrawal on 02/17/24 which it takes 7-10 business days for payout support to approve. Once my withdrawal was approved which was on 02/27/24 I reached out to customer service on 03/07/24 since I still have not received my winnings.

They informed me that once you submit your withdrawal it will take 7-19 business day to get approved after that it will take another 7-10 business days for payout department to send your payment. I was like I don't why it takes least than 5 minutes to deposit and a whole 3- 4 weeks for someone to receive their winnings. All customer support and payout support had to say was it in the terms and Agreement. This casino platform is the worst by far that I have played with and I played with 5 other platforms and Everytime I submitted my withdrawal with them I receive my winnings quick. Like with the other 5 platforms I play with the longest I ever had to wait to receive my winnings was 15 Minutes. I definitely feel like sunrise slots casino is a scam because I am still waiting to receive my winnings and it's about to go on week 3 smh.

  • Do I understand correctly that the withdrawal is still pending inside your account without being processed?
  • Have you been advised why you can’t withdraw your winnings?
  • Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only?
  • Were your winnings accumulated with or without an active bonus?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but one month is an unusually long time.

So tomorrow with be the 10th business days and that will be the final day. I don't why I have to wait until the final day just to receive my winnings that I won off a clean deposit I made.

I was informed that it is not there responsibility for sending players winnings it's a third party vendor. I have spoken with customer support and payout department multiple times but I keep getting the run around and since today is the 10th business day I should receive my winnings but no I have not yet received them.

Okay thank you so much because I still have not received my withdrawal. I believe the bitcoin address i initially used must of expired due to the period of time it has taken for me to receive my winnings.
