I sent bank statements bills license everything they said they wanted pdf so I did that then someone else would say do it another way I felt like a joke I sent bank statements showing deposit I showed my account with them my deposit I did everything they weren't gonna pay me out from the start

We’re very sorry that you didn’t get to withdraw your winnings and we understand your feelings.


However, you didn’t provide us with any of the 4 credit cards used, and that is a must for verification.


As for the other documents, your ID and Proof of Address are accepted as main documents, and a selfie with ID and Proofs of Payment screenshots for 2 of your cards are accepted as additional documents requested by us.


As soon as you complete verification of your account, you’ll be able to make withdrawals of major amounts.

Susan, could you please advise if you have provided all the required documents - especially to verify your payment methods? If not, I strongly recommend you to fully cooperate with the casino in order to finish the KYC, otherwise, you won't be able to withdraw.
