After showing proof that I had deposited I was told I needed to wait an hour for it to "process". It has been well over 3 hours and now I have to wait up to 24 hours for the "relevant department" to review it. No free spins to compensate in the interum.

Absolute joke. Don’t recommend this casino!!

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.

I used a neosurf voucher. I provided proof of the deposit in the chat straight away. And have emailed stay casino with it again.
