Insufficient evidence from player

REJECTED

Case summary

The player from Alberta reported a malfunction with the VIP ROULETTE game on the STAY CASINO website, alleging that the software manipulated outcomes based on recorded evidence. After raising the issue, the casino staff attributed the problem to a weak internet connection, despite the player proving that their Wi-Fi was fully functional. The player questioned the casino's practices and considered possible legal action. The complaint was closed by us due to insufficient evidence provided by the player to support claims of unfair activity, as the casino's responses indicated no wrongdoing on their part.

I was playing VIP ROULETTE on the STAY CASINO website a few days ago when I noticed there was an issue with the roulette table. The table was not functioning in the way that it normally should be which prompted me to start screen recording. To my absolute surprise it appeared that STAY CASINO is manipulating their roulette game. From what I can observe from the video their casino software had a glitch that allowed me to capture this extremely disparaging discovery. After bringing this to their attention the casino staff have bombarded me with baseless lies in an attempt to cover up their unethical behavior. So I am bringing this information public so the casino community can be the judge. The casino is trying to claim that because my phone was on 11% battery life that there had to be an internet connection problem on my end that caused the issue, but I've provided more than enough evidence to show my wifi connection was at full capacity.

What i will show you is how the roulette table would highlight the winning number before the ball every stops spinning to land on the actual number. That's only possible if the numbers were pre selected. And when you listen to the host, as soon as the ball stops she says 'we already have a winning number' which is very interesting to me but I will allow you all to be the judge. Does this look like a class action lawsuit against STAY CASINO is needed?

Hello sasalaboco,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Could you please forward any relevant communication along with your game history in Excel format to nikolas.b@casino.guru? Please advise the exact time of the incident.

Meanwhile, please check our article explaining "How slot machines are programmed" https://casino.guru/how-slot-machines-work-math#how-are-slot-machines-programmed and maybe it’ll help to understand how servers communicate with players and what issues might occur on the way.

Regards,

Nick

Clearly telling lies

Dear Sasalaboco,

Please refer to the link I previously shared regarding how games work.

Without evidence in your betting history indicating any unfair activity, there is unfortunately little we can do to assist further. Such issues are often caused by connection, device, or browser-related problems.

If you continue to experience similar issues at this casino, I would advise trying a different one. Unless clear evidence is provided, we may need to proceed with closing this complaint.

Thank you for your understanding.

Best regards,

Nick

Connection would cause the winning number to be highlighted on the screen before the balls stops spinning to land on the number?

Dear Sasalaboco,

Unfortunately, as mentioned earlier, without solid evidence, there is little we can do. The screenshot you provided only shows that you can place a bet on the next round while the previous one is still ongoing, which doesn’t provide clear proof of the issue.

Without a betting history that clearly demonstrates fraudulent activity, we cannot conclude that the issue lies with the casino.

As a result, we are now forced to close the complaint due to the lack of evidence. If you manage to gather any relevant documentation, please send it to nikolas.b@casino.guru, and we can reopen the case.

Best regards,

Nick
