Case summary

The player from Alberta reports a malfunction with the VIP ROULETTE game on the STAY CASINO website, alleging that the software manipulates outcomes based on recorded evidence. After raising the issue, the casino staff attribute the problem to a weak internet connection, despite the player proving that their Wi-Fi was fully functional. The player questions the casino's practices and considers possible legal action.

I was playing VIP ROULETTE on the STAY CASINO website a few days ago when I noticed there was an issue with the roulette table. The table was not functioning in the way that it normally should be which prompted me to start screen recording. To my absolute surprise it appeared that STAY CASINO is manipulating their roulette game. From what I can observe from the video their casino software had a glitch that allowed me to capture this extremely disparaging discovery. After bringing this to their attention the casino staff have bombarded me with baseless lies in an attempt to cover up their unethical behavior. So I am bringing this information public so the casino community can be the judge. The casino is trying to claim that because my phone was on 11% battery life that there had to be an internet connection problem on my end that caused the issue, but I've provided more than enough evidence to show my wifi connection was at full capacity.

What i will show you is how the roulette table would highlight the winning number before the ball every stops spinning to land on the actual number. That's only possible if the numbers were pre selected. And when you listen to the host, as soon as the ball stops she says 'we already have a winning number' which is very interesting to me but I will allow you all to be the judge. Does this look like a class action lawsuit against STAY CASINO is needed?
