They required KYC levels 1, 2, 3, and 4. I provided everything that was requested. However, Stake's support team is rejecting my level 3 and 4 verifications, even though I have submitted all the necessary documents!
Please help, this is a significant amount of money for me.

The account was blocked on June 17, that is, I have been unblocking it for more than a month. I constantly write to Steak’s email, upload documents on the site itself, but they constantly refuse to accept them.
There was confirmation of levels 1 and 2. Levels 3 and 4 could not accept my documents in any way.

This is what their response looked like:
"Below is feedback from the KYC team:
"Level 3 was rejected, they sent proof of account from the bank and some other information that is not enough to pass the Level 3 check, they need to send us the last 3 months of bills and proof that they paid them."
"Level 4 is also rejected, they only sent a bank statement, we need documents to prove their income."
I am constantly surprised, these are basic documents, I provided them, but they constantly reject them. I do not know what to do. Help
