The player from Philippines hasn't received their winnings. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I withdraw my btc from stake last 2 days, its around 54 hrs now. When I pm their support they just say to wait. When i check the transaction hash it cannot be found. They say it was stuck on the memopool, but its been 54 hrs now it should be credited back if it was unconfirmed.

Yes a made a successful withdraw after this, i tried to withdraw with a lesser amount, it was confirmed.
A support said they will ask the admin. I'll give them til tomorrow, around 18 hrs from now.
